ZeroStocx Private Limited is a technology provider, not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. The platform provides software tools to execute algorithmic trading strategies. None of the algorithms, backtesting results, or data provided constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and strategy deployments.
Algorithmic trading in financial markets involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You acknowledge and agree that:
ZeroStocx relies on third-party APIs (including but not limited to Zerodha, Upstox, Angel One, and TradingView). We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are completely exempt from liability for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or erroneous executions resulting from:
You must be of legal age (18+) to use this service. You agree to provide accurate, government-verified KYC information when required. You are strictly prohibited from using the platform for market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or any illegal financial activities. Violations will result in immediate permanent account termination and reporting to regulatory authorities.
Access to premium algorithmic execution requires an active subscription. All subscription fees are billed in advance and are strictly non-refundable, even in the event of platform downtime or poor trading performance. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroStocx Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you for the platform subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold ZeroStocx harmless from any claims arising from your trading activities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
